IDA voices concern over financial services plan

The IDA has expressed concern about tough new proposals to test directors and senior managers working in the financial services sector.

The proposals, made by the Financial Regulator, will examine the integrity and competence of directors and senior managers.

The draft proposals include a questionnaire which asks about an individual's qualifications and experience, professional censures or criminal convictions and employment history.
