IDA bids to boost regional jobs

IDA Ireland missed its regional economic development targets last year.

IDA Ireland missed its regional economic development targets last year but its new chief executive has promised a ''renewed focus on regional job creation.

The body, which is responsible for attracting inward investment, intends to develop a new strategy to create employment outside of Dublin and Cork.
