Icon on track to stay firmly in the black

Icon Technologies chief executive Ciaran Murray has said that company will continue to grow in 2012, after posting a revenue increase for 2011.

Icon Technologies chief executive Ciaran Murray has said that company will continue to grow in 2012, after posting a revenue increase for 2011.

Murray was speaking after the pharmaceutical development outsourcer announced that its revenue grew 5.1 per cent to $946 million (€721 million) in 2011.

Icon said that its net profits were $31.5 million, a net margin of 3.3 per cent, compared to $87.1 million last year and 9.7 per cent of revenue.
