ICON is to withdraw from the Irish Stock Exchange Announces and is to proceed with a full listing on New York’s NASDAQ exchange, the company said this morning.

The Dublin headquartered global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries said that it had been considering the structure of its share listings due to its international operations and profile.
