Shares in Greencore are expected to rise when trading begins tomorrow after it emerged that two investors in the food giant Geest have built up an 8 per cent stake in the company.

Shares in Greencore are expected to rise when trading begins tomorrow after it emerged that two investors in the food giant Geest have built up an 8 per cent stake in the company.

Two Icelandic brothers, Lydur and Agust Gudmundson, built up the stake through their investment vehicle Exista, according to a report in the Irish Independent.
