IBRC wins €145 million judgement against Sean Quinn nephew

The IBRC has won a €145 million judgement against Sean Quinn's nephew, Peter Darragh Quinn, in the Commercial Court today.

The IBRC has won a €145 million judgement against Sean Quinn's nephew, Peter Darragh Quinn, in the Commercial Court.

The court, under Mr Justice Peter Kelly, found that Quinn was "pivotal" in stripping assets from the Quinn family's property empire.

A warrant for Quinn's arrest remains outstanding. He did not appear in court today, remaining in his home in County Fermanagh.
