The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) is preparing to sell one of Bristol's largest office properties.

The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) is preparing to sell one of Bristol's largest office properties. Agents are being invited to sell Portwall Place in Bristol's city centre, with a likely asking price of around stg£50 million.

The former Anglo Irish Bank's British private banking arm purchased the office for stg£60 million in 2008 from local developer Deeley Freed Estates.

The property houses international legal business Beachcroft, who in 2008 pre-leased 90,000 square feet...
