IBRC to launch legal proceedings against Century Homes founder

The former Anglo Irish Bank has issued legal proceedings in the High Court against Gerry McCaughey, the multimillionaire founder of Century Homes.

The former Anglo Irish Bank has issued legal proceedings in the High Court against Gerry McCaughey, the multimillionaire founder of Century Homes.

The bank has lodged documents in recent days with the central office of the High Court and notified McCaughey that it intends to take action against him. The move comes just weeks after McCaughey lost a Supreme Court case against the bank over a failed $194 million New York hotel deal.
