IBRC struggles to secure further Quinn assets

Properties valued at $318 million in the Quinn family's international property portfolio still remain outside the control of the former Anglo Irish Bank.

Despite securing a number of international court victories in recent weeks, the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) is still struggling to get possession of 13 properties in Russia, India and Ukraine.
