The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) has been awarded costs against the Quinn family in relation to an application for the family to be cross-examined on their affidavits relating to assets which the bank says have been hidden.
The bank is pursuing the Quinns over €455 million owed to Anglo Irish Bank, and claims that certain information has not been disclosed.
