IBRC and former senior executives set for legal battle

Three former executives of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation are on a collision course with their former employer over severance payments.

Three former executives of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC), including former chief executive Mike Aynsley, are on a collision course with their former employer over severance payments.

Aynsley and two other senior executives have sent a legal letter to the bank in recent days seeking additional money that they claim is due under the terms of their contracts.
