Aradical overhaul of public service broadcasting funding is long overdue, according to Scott Williams, president of the Independent Broadcasters of Ireland (IBI). Williams was speaking at the AGM of the IBI last week, in anticipation of the latest Joint National Listenership Research (JNLR) figures, which were released last Thursday.
