IAWS sets its sights on Oxigen

IAWS Co-op is eyeing up a move for Oxigen Environmental, one of the top-five waste-management companies in the country, according to industry sources.

Oxigen is regarded as a nice fit for IAWS Co-op, which is in the process of building up a portfolio of assets in the public utilities and infrastructure sectors in advance of seeking a stock market flotation in 2006.
