Hybrid sports car from Toyota

Fresh from the triumph of the Prius hybrid as European Car of the Year 2005, Toyota is turning its attention to building a high performance sports car with hybrid power.

The company already hinted at this possibility by cooperating with Italdesign in the construction of the stunning Alessandro Volta prototype shown at Geneva Motor Show last March.
