Many Irish companies may have entered the third, fourth or even fifth generation of IT solutions for their HR, payroll or time and attendance-manag ement solutions. With each refresh though, companies have to get used to a sometimes disruptive period as they familiarise themselves to a new way of working, a process made all the more difficult, said Padraig Gill, director at Intelligo Software, if they choose to reboot all three areas at once.
