Leading ERP and accounting software vendor Exchequer has announced its acquisition of Keysolve, a payroll software company based in Wicklow which has also been an Exchequer reseller and partner for 13 years. Key to the business rationale for the acquisition is that Earnie, the award-winning payroll software with which Keysolve has been successful in this market, is also a product of the Exchequer parent group IRIS Software.
