HP's deal with Ingersoll Rand

Swords-based Ingersoll Rand International has signed a deal with Hewlett Packard Ireland as its strategic supplier of enterprise storage infrastructure for the next five years following a competitive tendering process.

Swords-based Ingersoll Rand International has signed a deal with Hewlett Packard Ireland as its strategic supplier of enterprise storage infrastructure for the next five years following a competitive tendering process.

The deal sees Ingersoll Rand contracting HP for the supply of two highend HP Storage Works XP12000 Enterprise Storage Arrays configured initially with 40TB of storage capacity, with plans to grow significantly over the next five years.
