Alan and Valerie Kingston are owner-managers of Glenilen Farm in Drimoleague, west Cork. The couple established the company in 2006 to manufacture a range of artisan dairy products, yogurts, desserts, butter and cream products. They employ 35 people and their products are stocked by Musgraves, Tesco, and Dunnes Store, and by British retailers Waitrose, Booths, Ocado, WholeFoods, Selfridges and Harvey Nicholls.
