House-trained Green ministers are not much use to anybody

Gesture politics on SUV emissions, but only silence on phone rip-offs. Never mind the planet - can the Greens save themselves?

It seems that Green Minister for the Environment John Gormley is about to go to war on the Chelsea Tractor front. Part of Gormley saving the world from global warming will be his imposition of large tax increases on citizens who choose to drive cars with bigger engines.
