House prices down 2.2% in February

In Dublin, residential property prices fell 1.2 per cent in February and dropped 20 per cent compared to a year ago.

That fall matched the biggest decline in almost three years and the new statistics also showed that prices fell 17.8 per cent from a year earlier.
