House prices beyond Dublin see first rise in 26 quarters - survey

House prices outside of Dublin have risen in the first three months of the year, ending a run of 26 straight quarters of falling values outside the capital, according to a new report.

House prices outside of Dublin have risen in the first three months of the year, ending a run of 26 straight quarters of falling values outside the capital, according to a new report.

While the year-on-year change outside Dublin remains negative, at -3.3 per cent, this 12-month figure hides an increase between January and March of 2.3 per cent, according to the report from property website Daft.ie.
