House price inflation outside Dublin to strongly outperform capital this year

There has been a levelling out of Dublin house price growth this year following three years of price inflation.

House prices in the capital increased by a modest 0.5 per cent in the last three months compared to 4.8 per cent for the same three months last year, the latest property report from DNG said.
