Hotel puts down Marker in Grand Canal Dock

It has been a while coming, but Dublin's newest hotel will officially open its doors to the public on Tuesday as The Marker becomes the latest addition to the burgeoning Grand Canal Dock area.

After ten months of work and over €130 million worth of investment, the striking white building on Grand Canal Square will be the first new hotel to open in the capital in well over a year.
