Concerns about the Spanish property market last month had a ripple effect on European stock markets and led to some unease among the estimated 50,000 Irish people who own Spanish holiday homes.
But it’s not all doom and gloom -on average property prices in Spain rose by 7.2 per cent in the first three months of this year.
