Home deals hit the €10bn mark
Some 570 transactions were valued at €1 million or more each, with 85 per cent taking place in the capital
There were €10.3 billion worth of residential property transactions carried out nationwide this year and about half of which, some €5.35 billion worth, took place in Dublin. But while there is still a shortage of supply across all levels of the market, transactions at the top were very strong in 2016.
