This Mexican-inspired salad is bursting with protein thanks to the beans and quinoa, and the sweetness of corn balances the fiery harissa paste.
Quinoa makes a regular appearance in my kitchen, as I've learned to use this wonder seed in many ways. I mix quinoa flakes with oats for a high protein porridge, or use it in place of rice and couscous when cooking dinner.
