Every now and again, a recipe comes along that you just need to have, or you taste something that you just have to make yourself. It can be quite difficult to recreate a dish served up by someone else - without the exact ingredients, measurements and method, but this week's gorgeous feta and tomato bake is exactly as I remember it tasting when it was served up to me recently.
