Developer Pizarro has awarded a €4 million contract to HKR Architects to design a new mixed-use development in Bray, Co Wicklow.

The developer is seeking planning permission to go ahead with its €200 million Bray Town Centre development. Described as one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Ireland, it includes 1,200 residential units, more than 50,000 square metres of retail space and just under 6,000 square metres of offices.
