H&K to relocate to Jersey as unlimited entity

H&K Global Systems, the highly profitable kitchen equipment maker, is moving its corporate base to Jersey and re-registering as an unlimited firm.

The move means the company will no longer have to file accounts in Ireland, and will shield the company’s financial performance from public view. Shares in H&K’s Irish companies will now be held by offshore vehicles in St Helier, the capital of Jersey, including H&K Jersey 1 and H&K Jersey 2....
