On the top floor of St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre in Dublin, a small shop has become the launching pad for an entrepreneur with big ambitions.

With a distinctive neon sign and purple decor, the Laptop Shop's mission is to bring laptops to the masses.

It has only been open three weeks, but has already paid off its start-up costs, according to its owner and manager Robert Brennan.
