Hines looks set to buy €220m Project Cherry

US property giant Hines has emerged as the frontrunner for the €220 million Cherrywood business park.

US property giant Hines has emerged as the frontrunner for the €220 million Cherrywood business park.

The property firm, which also holds a minority stake in the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, emerged as the frontrunner for the massive Dublin site after offering above the guide price.

Bidding closed last week for Project Cherry, a portfolio of 400 acres, including office blocks and land for development.
