Higher civil servants and university teachers reject pay deal extension

Members of the Irish Federation of University Teachers (IFUT) have rejected the revised Croke Park Agreement proposals by a margin of three to one.

The Association of Higher Civil and Public Servants has voted to reject the Croke Park extension

Members of the Irish Federation of University Teachers (IFUT) have rejected the revised Croke Park Agreement proposals by a margin of three to one.

A total of 704 members voted against the proposals with 235 voting in favour. IFUT said that it will cast its 20 votes against the proposals at the Public Sector Committee meeting on Wednesday.
