Springvale Overseas is handling sales at a leaseback development in Paris which comes with a 5.5 per cent rental yield.

Located in Clichy La Garenne in the north of the city, the project is being developed by Vinci and will be operated by Dom Ville Services, which has been in the leaseback business for 18 years.
