The High Court has ordered Abrakebabra founder Graeme Beere and his son Stephen to pay €90,000 in arrears of rent to the landlords of the Liffey Valley shopping centre in west Dublin.
Quarryvale Two Ltd (which represents the Duke of Westminster's Grosvenor Estates) and Quarryvale Three (which holds the interests of Aviva's asset management arm) claimed €89,313 in rent, service charges, insurance and interest for the Food Court kiosk in Liffey Valley.
