High Court hearing due on winding-up of Manor Park

A petition for the winding-up of developer Joe Moran's high-profile housing firm Manor Park Homebuilders will be heard by the High Court on Monday week.

A petition for the winding-up of developer Joe Moran's high-profile housing firm Manor Park Homebuilders will be heard by the High Court on Monday week. The homebuilders went into receivership with debts of €170 million last October after the company's directors told its bank that the business could not repay the money. Tom Kavanagh of KavanaghFennell was appointed receiver by Bank of Scotland, which is now petitioning to have the firm wound up.
