Hibernian Aviva goes back to the future for rebrand

Two hundred extras were used to film 20 different scenes for an elaborate new ad campaign by insurance firm Hibernian Aviva, which began on St Stephen’s Day.

Two hundred extras were used to film 20 different scenes for an elaborate new ad campaign by insurance firm Hibernian Aviva, which began on St Stephen’s Day.

Directed by Damien O’Donnell, who directed the film East is East, the one-minute ad recreates scenes from Ireland over the century that Hibernian has been in business.

It features a combination of filmed scenes alongside archive material, including Charlie Haughey, Gerry Adams and the Riverdance...
