Hibernia shares fall over 3% following capital raising plan
Shares in property company Hibernia REIT fell more than 3 per cent this morning.
Shares in property company Hibernia REIT fell more than 3 per cent this morning.
The company yesterday announced that it would raise €300 million through a share placing.
Hibernia said in a statement yesterday that it had invested €398 million and committed a further €78m in connection with 13 transactions in the Irish property market since it was established in August of last year.
