Property investment company Hibernia REIT has appointed a Credit Suisse banker as chief financial officer of its investment manager.

The hiring of Tom Edwards-Moss from the Swiss bank caps a busy few weeks for Hibernia. Its recent acquisition of a loan secured on the Hanover Building on Dublin's Windmill Lane for €20.16 million pushed its total investments up to €253 million since listing in December 2013.
