Hibernia REIT buys office property and development site in South Docks

Hibernia REIT has acquired the Hanover Building on Windmill Lane for €20.16 million and an adjoining one-acre development site for €7.5 million.

Hibernia REIT has acquired an office property and adjoining development site in Dublin’s South Docks.

The company said in a statement today that they have acquired the loan secured on the Hanover Building on Windmill Lane for €20.16 million and an adjoining one-acre development site for €7.5 million.
