Irish property fund Hibernia Reit has acquired Dundrum View, an 80-unit apartment complex overlooking the Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin, from CMP Investment Partnership for just over €28 million in an off-market transaction.

The property comprises two apartment blocks made up of one, two and three-bedroom units and 114 parking spaces. The two-bed units are currently let at an average rent of €1,500 per month.
