Hibernia REIT admitted to Dublin and London markets

UPDATE: Property investment company Hibernia REIT has been admitted today to both the Dublin and London stock exchanges.

Finance minister Michael Noonan put the framework in place that has allowed for a new style of property company.

Property investment company Hibernia REIT has been admitted today to both the Dublin and London stock exchanges.

Finance minister Michael Noonan said that the new company would further investment capital to the Irish property market, although, a short time ago, its opening day share price in Dublin had slipped 1.4 per cent.
