Three Paul Henry landscapes lead the Whyte's sale next Monday: The Lake, 1928, painted during his period of domestic turmoil and last sold at auction in 1982, 37.5 x 52.5 centimetres €80,000-€100,000); Western Landscape, on stylistic grounds dated 1918-1919, and first sold with a price tag of six guineas, 35 x 40 centimetres (€ 40,000-€ 50,000); and, from a private American collection, A Bog Road, circa 1929-1930, 20 x 26.5 centimetres (€30,000-€40,000).
