Help is at hand for Irish buying in Germany

The German property market has been inundated with Irish investors in the past few years and, responding to an increased volume of enquiries, the German-Irish Chamber of Industry and Commerce has set up a group to advise investors.

The German property market has been inundated with Irish investors in the past few years and, responding to an increased volume of enquiries, the German-Irish Chamber of Industry and Commerce has set up a group to advise investors.

The group, called German Property Experts (GPE),was founded last month by the chamber. Its members include professional advisors and property agents who have knowledge of both residential and commercial property investment in Germany.
