An Irish helicopter charter company backed by US billionaire Wayne Huizenga is scaling back it s operations because of the weakening Irish economy.

An Irish helicopter charter company backed by US billionaire Wayne Huizenga is scaling back it s operations because of the weakening Irish economy.

Huizenga, the founder of Blockbuster Video and a former world entrepreneur of the year, owns half of Links Helicopters, a Shannon company that specialises in flying tourists to golf courses around Ireland. The remainder is owned by Marty Carr of Carr Golf Travel.
