A new survey released this morning showed continued positive momentum in Ireland’s services sector throughout the month of July.

Investec’s monthly Services Purchasing Managers’ Index rose to a headline figure of 57.6, indicating a 12th successive month of growth, with the pace of expansion accelerating from June’s 54.9 reading. The New Business component rose at its fastest pace since March 2007, while New Export Business expanded for a 24th successive month.
