Harcourt plans €800m Las Vegas scheme
Harcourt Developments plans to build an €800 million residential project overlooking the Las Vegas gambling strip.
The scheme is part of a major international drive by the company that involves new developments in Latvia, Montenegro, Tobago and the Grand Bahamas. Former RTE presenter and Harcourt director Mike Murphy said the project would be built on a 16-acre site called Sullivan Square.
