Harbour company takes legal action against former board member

A state-owned harbour company is taking legal action to recover board expenses paid to a member of former President Mary McAleese's campaign team.

Gerry Nagle, a public relations consultant, was appointed to the board of Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company by Fianna Fáil ministers and served there from 2002 until 2012.
