It has been a busy week for Paul Hands, chief executive of Cork software firm Qumas. Last Monday, Enterprise Minister Micheal Martin opened the company’s new research and development (R&D) centre, where 40 new jobs are to be created. Qumas is investing €4.4 million in R&D with the backing of Enterprise Ireland (EI).
