Green Reit - what it bought and what it might buy

After announcing that it had splashed out €178 million on a variety of commercial and development properties, it is now believed that Green Reit, Ireland's first real estate investment trust, will target some if not all of the four office blocks which Nama brought to the market this week with a combined €120m price tag.
