Green Property profits down €2.9m

Irish and British property investment company Green Property saw its retained profits drop to €112 million in 2012, down from €114.9 million the previous year.

Irish and British property investment company Green Property saw its retained profits drop to €112 million in 2012, down from €114.9 million the previous year.

Accounts just filed for Green Property show that the company's shareholders' funds stood at €503 million at June 30, 2012. The company also paid out a dividend of €540,000 to its shareholders.

The company, which is part of the Green Property Investment Fund which owns the Blanchardstown shopping centre, has debtors of €589.4...
